Ton-Up Pale Ale

This English Pale Ale brewed with high quality pale malt from the UK is a malty classic with a touch of floral notes from East Kent and Challenger Hops.  At 4.7% ABV, any Rocker can throw back a couple pints of this session beer before making his way home from the café.  4.7% ABV

Summer:

Summer Wheat

Our Summer seasonal is a wheat ale that uses the finest German wheat malt for a deliciously smooth mouthfeel and big frothy head.  A significant dose of Czach Saaz hops are added throughout the boil resulting in a spicy, fruity taste with hints of melon and citrus.  5.1% ABV

Fall:

Autumn Ale

Our Fall seasonal is a traditional Oktoberfest Marzen.  This medium-bodied amber colored  ale uses Pilsen and Vienna malts as a base, and German noble hops to deliver a malty flavor with a clean dry finish.  Toasty, biscuity, great with a big German meal, or sitting by the campfire.  5.6% ABV

Winter:

Imperial Stout

Our version of the classic Russian Imperial Stout style uses six varieties of specialty grains including 2 types of chocolate malt.  The aroma of this luscious, velvety, full-bodied ale hints of dark chocolate and dried fruits.  An intense dark roasted flavor with touches of black cherry and licorice finishes with a huge amount of Centennial hops flavor.  9.0% ABV
